Archaeological solutions to clients in Kent and the surrounding counties

The Great British Dig has been back on our screens now for three episodes with the last to screen this week. Darnley’s Richard Taylor has been to Newcastle, Nottingham and North Yorkshire with Hugh Dennis and the rest of the team.

They have been looking for the remains of a Roman fort at Newcastle close to Hadrian’s Wall where Richard discovered some interesting remains suggesting a 2000 year old wall right beside a 20th century Anderson Shelter – two extremes cheek by jowl in someone’s back garden!

The last episode airs on Wednesday 10th March and will see the team back up north in South Shields.

Make sure you tune in to see what Richard discovers next.
